Note: Amit, son of Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh’s and Aditi, daughter of businessman Prataprao Ghorpade solemnized their wedding at a lavish ceremony at the Grand Hyatt with a galaxy of political heavyweights
and Bollywood stars in attendance. While Amit wore a blue sherwani designed by Manish Malhotra, Aditi draped a
richly-textured saree in typical Karnataka style. The CM, his wife Vaishali, sons Riteish and Dheeraj welcomed the guests along with the Ghorpades. Industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Rajkumar Dhoot, Kumaramangalam Birla, Sunil Mittal,
Subhash Goyal greeted the newlyweds. Scions of Bhosles from Satara and Sawantwadi were among those present at the nuptials.
