Big Pictures enters Gujrati filmdom

Big Pictures, a Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company, announced its entry into the Gujarati film industry with a film titled 'Dholi Taaro Dhol Waage'. The film has been directed by Govindbhai Patel. The film stars Upendrabhai Trivedi, Naresh Kanodia, Roma Manek, Nishat, Kesha, Ishwar, Reena.
In the first phase, the film releases across over 40 centers in Gujarat on October 28, 2008 making it a special Diwali release. In the second phase, the film releases in the Overseas market along with second run centers in Gujarat.
Post successful release of Amdavad Palanpur via Kadikalol, Dholi Taaro Dhol Waage is next directorial venture of director Govindbhai Patel. Govinbhai Patel, commenting on Big Pictures’ association with 'Dholi Taaro Dhol Waage', "I feel fortunate to be associated with Big Pictures, as my film is being promoted & released in a deserving manner."
