All the differences between Akshay Kumar and director Nagesh Kukunoor have been resolved, those which started over a messy shooting schedule in Canada. The shooting of Eight by Ten has re-started but this time in Mumbai. Nagesh has recreated Canada in Mumbai between two studios.
A set of the interior is created in the Kamalistan studios and a set of the streets in Canada in the Filmistan studios. The reason for this move is believed to be absolute waste of 40 days allotted for the film by Akshay Kumar in Canada. Plus, in between Akshay Kumar's movies became one hit after another and he hiked his market price to which the producers of Eight By Ten had to agree.
To keep the escalating budget in check, the production house wants to avoid a trip to Canada again. Hence, they are shooting on the described sets reveal our sources.
