Trouble for Taare Zameen Par

Aamir Khan's latest home production, which also marks the star's debut as a director, has run into trouble in Gujarat. Posters of the film were removed and thrown from the theatres in Gujarat which were scheduled to screen the film on its release.
Members of Sardar Patel group have also submitted notices to cinema halls in the state not to screen the film. For those who don't know, Aamir Khan and his films are banned in the state due to his comments on the Narmada Bachao Andolan issue and will be continued till the star apologizes for the same. His previous two films Fanaa and Rang De Basanti were also affected during their releases.
