Sonali Kulkarni goes all bare in Strangers

Sonali Kulkarni has done the unimaginable in the film Strangers, presented by Sahara One Motion Pictures. Sonali, who has always had this girl next door image, has shed her inhibitions and has dared to shoot semi-nude in a bath tub. Sonali Kulkarni thus joins the gang of Bollywood damsels like Mallika Sherawat, Neha Dhupia and Kareena Kapoor's controversial backless shots in their respective films.
According to sources in the film's unit, director Anand Rai felt that since it was a very emotional scene in a bath tub, it was essential for the scene to be shot. He had also informed Sonali about the semi- nude scene since it was an integral part of the film. Initially, he was a bit apprehensive about whether Sonali Kulkarni would do the scene or not, but to his surprise, Sonali being very professional and accommodating agreed to expose, since it was requirement of the script.
