Jodhpur based film distributor Pratap Bulchand has filed a case at the court of Additional Civil Magistrate against actor Aamir Khan's new film 'Kajari'. The court has issued a notice to Khan, director A. R. Murugadas and producer Allu Arvind, seeking a stay on the shooting and release of the film.

Pratap Bulchand claims that he has the distribution rights of another film with same title for his circuit. His film, which is complete and ready for release, stars small-time actors Arpita Singh and Imran Khan. The movie has been cleared by the Censor Board and is slated to hit theatres next month.

'Kajari', the much talked about Aamir Khan film is a remake of the super-hit Tamil film 'Ghajini'.
