'Metro' to be premiered at metros worldwide

UTV and Anurag Basu's latest offering 'METRO', which portrays the fast paced life of people staying in metros across the world, will have simultaneously global premieres in the cities of Dubai, London, Melbourne and Mumbai this May. It will be the first time for an Indian film.
The film stars Shilpa Shetty, Shiney Ahuja, Kay Kay Menon, Konkana Sen Sharma, Sharman Joshi and Kangana Ranaut. But, the action does not stop there.
Also seen strumming the strings of the guitar will be Band Metro, a melting pot of musical talent that consists of Pritam (music director for 'Metro'), James, Soham and Suhail, as they set out on a four city tour across India. They will be seen in cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Pune and Bangalore, where they will perform live at theatres, clubs and pubs, in order to give the audience a slice of the film through its music, which is an integral part of the film storyline.
