Esha Deol slaps Zakir Hussein

This is what happened at the set of Ram Gopal Varma's film 'Darling'. Poor Zakir Hussein. He was doing a hospital scene with the hero Fardeen Khan and discussing his broken leg.
"Esha Deol was flitting in and out of the scene because she is playing a ghost in this film. Suddenly Ramu shouted 'slap him' and Esha gave me a Jordaar Chanta across my face. This was not exactly part of the script, so nobody was prepared. It hit me really hard. Esha's hand is very heavy. Afterwards Esha kept apologizing and asked me to slap her back because this was a genuine slap. But I told her not to worry," quips Zakir.
Zakir's first offered Hindi film was 'James', while his first release was 'Sarkar'. Zakir played the negative role in 'Sarkar' to such perfection that he was lauded with the New Face of Villain Award at the Stardust Films Awards. Since then Zakir Hussein has become almost a part of Ram Gopal Varma's Factory. Zakir has done Varma's 'Darwaza Bandh Rakho', 'Shiva', 'Ek Hasina Thi', 'Vaastushastra', 'James' and 'Darna Jaruri Hai'. Zakir is also a part of some forthcoming films like- 'Sholay', 'Darling', 'Shabari' and 'Risk'.
Besides Ramu's films, Zakir is doing many other films like 'Johny Gaddar', 'He-The Only Man' directed by Lalit Marathe and 'Fool N Final' by Padmalaya Films.
