'Corporate' based on Cola Wars?

The latest buzz in the industry is that Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Corporate' is based on the cola war that raged between the two soft drink giants in India two years back.
The two colas used in the film are called Chill and Fizzy, headed by Rajat Kapoor and Raj Babbar respectively. The plot revolves around how both soft drink companies use NGOs, the media and politicians to their own advantage. There are many scenes, which bear a striking resemblance to incidents that actually happened at that time.
