'Mughal-E-Azam' releases before 'Taj Mahal' in Pakistan

Akbar Khan's cast and crew reached Pakistan, hoping to have their film 'Taj Mahal - An Eternal Love Story' to be the first Indian film to hit the Pakistani screens after 41 years. But, to their surprise, they realized that 'Mughal-E-Azam' had already released in Pakistan.
'Mughal-E-Azam', which was supposed to release awhile later, had been preponed so as to steal the thunder. But, the news is that it is running to virtually empty theatres. Meanwhile, 'Taj Mahal - An Eternal Love Story' will go ahead with its plans of premiering on the 26th.
