Pooja Bedi-passion for food?

Everyone knows that Pooja Bedi is a diehard foodie. So it came as no surprise to see her at good friend Rashmi Uday Singh’s Mumbai By Night book release function. Rashmi, an ex-Asst Income Tax Commissioner who gave up her prestigious job so that she could chase a dream-to write books on food-is one of the most popular food writers today. Her plus is that she is not a cook herself; she only writes about places and people who are food hotspots. Her book launch naturally had a host of Mumbai’s celebrities. Including some stars who were there mainly because they are her best chums. Like Pooja. While Rashmi talked about her book, Pooja looked on amusedly though with complete concentration. Probably also learning how to sell a book. You might recall, Pooja is planning to come up with a know-all-about-pregnancy book soon. Another intent foodie at the launch was Milind Soman who sat at a corner, intently tucking in the goodies without lifting his eyes from the plate. Ah, the passion for good food.
