DHP: Firoz Nadiadwala's best opening in the UK!

Despite rave reviews and strong word of mouth, 'Deewane Huye Paagal' may not have lived up to expectations, but not many know that its opening in the UK was the best in the producer's career so far.
His previous Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Aan' opened to just GBP 19,460 on a few prints and fizzled out, whereas 'Awara Paagal Deewana' and 'Hera Pheri', despite being hits in India, were negligible in the UK. However, distributor UTV is said to have managed to get the film a box-office gross of GBP 110,000 so far in the UK!
