'Mr Mehta & Mrs Singh' Shelved?

The grapevine is abuzz with talks that Vishal Bharadwaj's ambitious venture, 'Mr. Mehta & Mrs. Singh' has been shelved. The director, who had cast Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the title roles, has decided to go ahead with his adaptation of Othello instead.
The producers - UTV and Bharadwaj have not made a comment as to whether the rumours are true.
