Karisma and Sanjay Kapur will be heading back to court soon to settle the case regarding the legality of their daughter's passport obtained by Karisma in Mumbai.
The Delhi High Court has fixed September 15th as the next hearing date and told both Sanjay and Karisma that they needed to reach a divorce or a mutual settlement by that time.
