Rukhsar ('D', 'Sarkar') is dating item girl Sanober Kabir's 25-year-old brother, Faruque. Sanober and Faruque are the children of producer N. S. Kabir and designer Sabiha.
Rukhsar is a divorcee. She was earlier married to Asad Ahmed, a Mumbai boy who was arrested and jailed a few years ago. Rukhsar was Asad's second wife.
