Has Ketan Mehta been paid his remuneration?

The strong rumour in the market is that producer Bobby Bedi has not paid director Ketan Mehta his full directorial remuneration for 'The Rising'.
Ketan Mehta had a contract with Bobby Bedi and Kaleidoscope Entertainment stating that Mehta would be paid Rs 2 core. He has however been paid just around Rs 20 lakh so far. Bedi paid Aamir Khan Rs 7.5 crores to act in this film. Mehta must not have dreamt in his wildest dreams that Bedi will not pay him Rs 1 crore. Bobby Bedi, can u explain why? How can you be so unprofessional? Bechara Ketan Mehta.
Ketan, of course, has vehemently denied the allegation but sources insist otherwise
