Mandira Bedi is going batty. Literally. After an exhaustive show at the World Cup, one would have thought that she would have got some reprieve in Mumbai. But no such luck. From the time she has landed, she has been besieged with cricket related functions. The latest is the cricket club opened by the Shiv Sena in Mumbai. Bedi was invited by them for the opening and given a bat by Udhav Thakeray. But why her? 'Cos she brought the women to the game, said the authorities. Wonder what billions of hard core women fans of cricket have to say to that.
