Why Apurva Lakhia replaced Dia!

The rumour is that Dia Mirza, who was to do director Apurva Lakhia's ('Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost') next film with Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Rampal, is not doing it now because the director and actress (who were said to be seeing each other) have broken up. Perizaad Zorabian has replaced Dia.
