The recent chartbuster from Mukesh Bhatt's 'Zeher' (shot on Emraan Hashmi, Shamita Shetty and Udita Goswami), 'Woh Lamhey Woh Baatein' is actually a hit track by the well-known Pakistani band, 'Jal'. It featured in their album 'Aadat', which became a smash hit in Pakistan more than a year back.

One of the band members (Atif Aslam) who broke away from 'Jal' is said to have unethically taken this track and released a faster version of it (calling it 'Bheegi Bheegi Raatein') in his own album, 'Jal Pari'.

Mahesh Bhatt got Atif to sing the track for Mukesh's 'Zeher' and DJ Suketu to remix it. The track is a rage in India and 'Jal' is not happy that the credit to them has been omitted, considering it was the bandleader, Goher Mumtaz, who originally composed it.
