Mallika-Rekha's film is a remake?

From what we hear, the forthcoming Mallika Sherawat-Rekha starrer in which the two ladies play con women ('Bachke Rehna Re..') is a remake of 'Heartbreakers'. Govind Menon has directed this film. It is his third film with Mallika Sherawat. While 'Khwahish' did average - plus business, 'Kis Kis Ki Kismat' bombed badly.
