The results are in for the 2005 Zee Cine Awards. Best Actor Award goes to Shah Rukh for Veer-Zaara, Best Film is Veer-Zaara, Best Director is Yash Chopra for Veer-Zaara, Best Story Award goes to Ashutosh Gowariker & M G Sathya for Swades and Best Re-Recording goes to Hitendra Ghosh at Gaurav Digital for Swades.
Other than the SRK domination in the awards, Divya Dutta won the award for Best Performance in a supporting role (female) for Veer Zaara, notching the fifth award for the film. Actress Rani Mukherjee won the Best Actress Award for her role in Hum Tum and also got a diamond necklace from Sridevi and Shatrughan Sinha.
SRK also received a diamond studded ring along with his trophy.
