'Ab Tumhare...' postponed again?

After much postponing, Anil Sharma's multi-starrer 'Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyon' (Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol) was to release on December 3rd. Now, we hear that the film has been pushed ahead by one week - to December 10th.
The film has been plagued by distribution problems from day one, with several territories remaining unsold and several distributors asking Sharma for refunds and/or price cuts. In fact, a Rajasthan distributor is said to have lodged a police complaint against him. Looks like the film's fate is sealed even before release! Moreover, Sharma is yet to give military clearance to the film.
