We informed you about Anil Kapoor turning producer with theatre director Feroz Khan directing his first film, based on Mahatma Gandhi and modeled on a popular play. Akshaye Khanna had been approached for the film along with Bhumika Chawla. Now we've heard that Akshaye has shot a bit in South Africa for the film but all concerned are keeping mum about Anil's production plans and the shoot. It's not official yet.
