Apurva Agnihotri to get engaged?

Remember Apurva Agnihotri, the cute debutant in Subhash Ghai's 'Pardes' with Shah Rukh Khan and Mahima Chaudhry? He appeared in a number of films after that including 'Krodh', 'Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin', 'Dhund-The Fog' and 'Hum Ho Gaye Aap Ke', but his film career didn't exactly take off. His career got a new lease on life with Sony Television's immensely popular serial 'Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin', which has been ruling the TRPs, ever since it started. Apurva plays the role of Armaan, the principal male protagonist. Apurva, who was seeing Mahima Chaudhry's sister Akanksha previously, is now getting engaged to the well-known TV actress Shilpa Saklani, who will soon be seen in Zee TV's ambitious 'Lavanya'. If rumours are to be believed, there will be an engagement party on April 13, followed by the wedding ceremony on June 28. We wish them luck!
