What was 'Meenaxi' earlier called?

Painter M F Husain had earlier titled his 'Meenaxi', 'Do Kadam Aur Sahi', to signify two more steps taken after his debut film 'Gaja Gamini'. But then he stumbled upon the title 'Meenaxi', which is a tale of three cities. Tabu plays three characters in three cities in the film - Jaisalmer, Prague and Hyderabad. Her names in the film are Meenaxi, Maria and Meenakshi respectively. Incidentally, Husain wrote the popular 'Noorun Allah' song in 'Meenaxi' on his own, while he was in the hospital on account of his ailment. His future plans? "I'm planning on taking Urmila for my next film," he says. Now that's what you call living at 88!
