Not so long ago, Akshay Kumar was fuming at Iqbal, producer of 'Meri Biwi Ka Jawab Nahin' (starring Akshay Kumar, Sridevi).
Reason? According to Akshay, Iqbal hadn't paid him Rs 8 lakhs due to him, and moreover, got the dubbing of his lines done by someone else. Akshay had threatened legal action. "I won't be taken for a ride by any filmmaker who suddenly rustles up a long-forgotten project to make quick money," he'd said.
'Meri Biwi Ka Jawab Nahin' has evidently been fished out of the cans to cash in on Sridevi's return in the avidly watched TV-serial 'Malini Iyer'.
Latest, Akshay has forgotten his grudge and says that he has no hard feelings against Iqbal.
Reason? The precarious condition of the producer!
Now that's what we call a sporting gesture!
