Everything seems to be going well until…Nisha (Parmeeta Katkar) arrives on scene. After that nothing remains the same for anyone. When Trisha goes to Paris, Sanjay and Nisha share a night of lovemaking. And although Sanjay just treats it as a one-night stand, Nisha develops a dark, obsessive love for Sanjay and is not willing to let him go. Try as she might to win him over, Sanjay is simply not interested. Her craving for him becomes obsessive, pathological and eventually psychotic. Having committed a murder in the past, nothing can stop her in her quest. Nisha begins to destroy everything that is near and dear to Sanjay, starting with his pets and next his dearest friend Chintu (Saurabh). Nisha vows to get what she wants if it means killing Trisha as well! The pressure mounts and Sanjay finds himself in a no win situation. If he tells Trisha about Nisha, she'll leave him. At the same time, if he doesn't do something fast Nisha's threat to kill Trisha will be a terrifying reality! Life soon becomes a living hell for Sanjay. Then just as suddenly as Nisha entered Sanjay's life, a shadow from her ugly past named Harsh returns to haunt her. Harsh (Sameer Dharmadhikari) abetted her in the murder of a rich underworld goon by getting rid of his body. While he was gone, Nisha disappeared with all the money. Now Harsh is back with a vengeance. He has tracked Nisha down and wants his share of the fortune. As the tension rises for Nisha, she terrorizes Sanjay even more mercilessly than before and he begins to lose his mind as his nerves reach the breaking point. The situation he finds himself in, call for drastic measures. Now Sanjay is at the stage where he will become a killer if he has to, in order to get rid of Nisha and Harsh. Sanjay must get Trish, his sanity and his life back if he is to survive but will he succeed?
