Named for four "friends", Padmashree (Masumeh Makhija), Laloo (Suniel Shetty), Prasad (Mahesh Manjrekar) and Yadev (Johny Lever), who find themselves in more trouble than they can handle. Laloo is definitely a player who suffers from a psychological disorder, which makes him go crazy whenever he sees a good-looking girl. And although he has a steady girlfriend named Padma, he finds that he can't keep his pants zipped when he’s in the presence of another woman. Padma gets fed up with his philanthropic ways and after one such incident she takes a flight to Cape Town to take care of some “unfinished family business” involving stolen jewels. Much to her dismay, Laloo is already there, waiting for her. He begs her forgiveness and of course, for the millionth time she gives in to him. Figuring that she could use him on her mission, she lets him help out, but in the end Laloo only makes matters worse for her. In trying to fix things, he finds a local thug called Prasad and his sidekick Yadav (Johny Lever) who agree to help them. The four decide to rob the bank where the stolen jewels are and then split once they are outside the bank. Unfortunately for them, there is a witness to the whole madcap robbery scheme.
