Ketan Manmohan Desai's forthcoming film Yeh Hai Jalwa directed by David Dhawan has teamed Salman Khan and Amisha Patel for the first time. Also, it is a second movie of the Desai-Dhawan duo after their first successful stint with Deewana Mastana in 1997.
Yeh Hai Jalwa is Salman's second release after Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge in the year 2002. The other star cast in the film includes Rati Agnihotri, Rishi Kapoor, Kadar Khan, Rinkie Khanna, Sharad Kapoor, Navin Nischol and Jaspal Bhatti.
Yeh Hai Jalwa a story of a son (Salman) who tries to find out his father (Rishi Kapoor) who was assumed dead but the son suddenly discovers that his father is alive and one of the richest businessmen in UK. It's all about the father and son's relationship when they discover each other after two decades.
The family with their daughter Rinkie Khanna and son master Ajay Nagrath reside happily in UK until Salman enters their lives. But once this unexpected entrant comes, things take unusual turns and twists. What's more, Sanjay Dutt also makes a special appearance in the film.
Rati Agnihotri and Rishi Kapoor are again together on a big screen after Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi. The movie also includes the incredible scenes and locations of UK and Australia. The film is slated to hit the silver screen on 31st may 2002.
The music by Himesh Reshammiya gives the film a honey spread. The songs are written by Reshammiya's favourite Sudhakar Sharma.
