Like most girls from non-film families, Nauheed Cyrusi, started her career as a successful model, featuring in a slew of commercials and music videos, her most memorable one being 'Piya Basanti'. She seems to be the only Parsi actress in the industry currently.
She was seen first in Padam Kumar's 'Supari', starring Uday Chopra and Rahul Dev. The film flopped. Thereafter, director Vikram Bhatt chose her for ‘Inteha' opposite Ashmit Patel, in which film Vidya Malavade played her elder sister. Despite some steamy sequences and her reported fling with Ashmit, the film didn't create a stir.
