There has been no doubt that the good looking and charming son of Feroz Khan, Fardeen Khan does pose a challenge to his contemporaries like Tusshar Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan and new coming stars. He has the magnetic looks, his father's inherited sexual appeal, and a right dose of Indian looks blended with a sophisticated foreign upbringing.
His debut film 'Prem Aggan' wasn't a 'Kaho Na Pyar Hai' for him, yet he was noticed and it opened new doors for him. After Ram Gopal Verma's 'Jungle' Fardeen tasted the sweet taste of success, and he was repeated in Ramu's next film opposite Urmila, 'Pyaar tune kya kiya'. Here again his role as a husband torn betweeen the fatal attraction of a girl and the devotion of his wife was well appreciated. Some critics who initially had dismissed him off as just a good looker, suddenly sat up and started noticing his acting abilities.
