Post 'Krrish', PRIYANKA CHOPRA faced lots of flak. Some critics tore her apart for her performance in 'Krrish'. Excerpts from an interview by Vickey Lalwani:
You have been criticized for your performance in 'Krrish'?
Yeah, some critics have done that. To each his own. But I am very happy that 'Krrish' has done very well as a film. This was my first film with Roshans, and I have no regrets or complaints.
Haven't you become a replacement specialist? You did Ash's rejected 'Bluffmaster', then the Kareena rejected 'Love Story 2050', to name just two cases?
So what? Someone else has done the roles I rejected. I don't understand this first and second choice business. Someone has to do it. In Baweja's case, I wanted to help them out, so I did. As long as my role is good and the storyline is interesting, how does it matter if I was the first choice or even the last?
