What role are you playing in 'Omkara'?
I am playing the uncouth Langda Tyagi. I have tried to get under the skin of the character to make Langda Tyagi convincing and real. Yes, I did chew a lot of paan. My teeth are still stained. I need to visit my dentist and get them cleaned.

Are you starting your home production with your sister Soha Ali Khan?
I had thought about it, but have dropped the idea for the time being.

You said no to Mani Ratnam for 'Guru'. You also declined Ram Gopal Varma's 'Sholay'. Why?
Dates were a genuine problem. I am not a fool to miss out on good roles. God willing, I will get another chance to work with Mani Sir and Ramu.

It's said that you are a very moody person?
Sometimes yes. I'd say I am human. The sad part is that people don't remember the good things you do, they simply focus on the bad things.
