Sameer is an intelligent guy. What's charming is that I can discuss anything from films to Shakespeare with him. It's not wrong to have a personal life or get involved with a person. I am getting to know someone. It is a very good friendship but it's too early to call it love. I am just getting to know him.
Has 2005 been good for you?
The year 2005 proved to be successful one for me and I am confident that the coming year will also be fantastic. I had two releases, 'Parineeta' and 'Dus' and both clicked. 2005 broke the jinxes. I had my first two hits. I can't call them my hit films per se but I was a part of two very big hits and I am looking forward to some independent solo blockbusters.

As actresses, I feel we are very greedy as we want to do all kinds of roles and I have also done a wide variety and range of roles. I have done a lot of experimentation from 'Tehzeeb' to 'Tumsa Nahin Dekha', 'Tumko Na Bhool Payenge', 'Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein', 'Dum', 'Parineeta' and 'Dus'. It's been an interesting mixed bag and I will continue doing different roles, as I do not want to have a stereotyped image. |
