Priyanka and Abhishek in 'Bluff Master' |
What was it like working with Rohan?
Rohan is a fun guy. And he's got such a straight face that you don't when he's fooling and when he's being serious. But he's made such a refreshing film in 'Bluff Master' – the take of the film is interesting, unique and colourful. Besides, the music too has not been treated like a regular Hindi film. It is more in the tradition of OST (original soundtracks) in English films. The music has an array of songs – from within the country as well as the international scene like Trickbaby, Arash and Anila Mirza. BM is different and yet has all the masala and masti of a Hindi film. And you must not miss Abhishek in the neo version of the Mahmood hit song, 'Sabse bada rupaiya'; it's a fabulous video, as are all the rest. The music is a hit!
What are your other films?
Besides 'Bluff Master', there's Rakesh Roshan's 'Krrish', Rumi Jafferi's 'God Tussi Great Ho', and Farhan Akhtar's 'Don', which will go on the floors in February.
What about the remake of 'Sahib, Bibi Aur Ghulam'?
I have approved the script of SBAG, but not yet signed it. We are still waiting for the casting and the dates to be finalized.
How does it feel to be bracketed among the top five heroines in India?
I feel weird about answering this. I've never seen it that way. I just do films that I like. It's flattering if someone feels that belong among the top five, but that's it. I don't want to begin believing these declarations that are based on Friday performance at the box office. It's temporary. |
