What is 'Corporate' all about?
'Corporate' will examine the dynamics of the corporate world. It deals with business rivalries, manipulations and the relationships of convenience, which exist in the corporate industry. The film will have the corporate language or else it won't look realistic. Bipasha Basu will play the role of an ambitious individual determined to climb the corporate ladder. It will be a gritty realistic drama.
What's the homework you have done?
A lot of research has gone into the making of the film. I have met many business people and CEOs from the business world. The audience will relate to the film.
Did Aishwarya Rai refuse the offer?
I wanted Ash to play the role. Yes, she was my first choice. But she couldn't adjust the dates because of her international projects. In fact, she asked me if I could start the film late. But I couldn't wait. If I delayed the film any further, the interest level would have died (pauses).
