One wonders why Karan Nath is the envy of every male (young and old alike) in India today. Could it be because he got hot and heavy with his two leading ladies in Aruna Raje's 'Tum' (released this past Friday); or was it because he simply got to work with the vibrantly beautiful Manisha?
Well what ever the case may be, allow us to introduce you to the incredibly sexy and talented rising star of 'Karan Nath'
Excerpts from an interview presented by Bollyvista.
BV: Have you been consciously moving slow? Or has there been a dearth of roles?
Karan: After 'Dil Ashiqana Hai', I received many offers. But I didn't like any of them. So, I waited for a while. Then, came Cinevistaas 'Sshhh... Koi Hai'. After Cinevistaas' film, things seem to be looking up.
BV: Which film offers did u turn down?
Karan: Sawan Kumar Tak's 'Dil Pardesi Ho Gaya', 'Agni Pariksha' and Ram Gopal Varma's 'Ab Tak Chappan'.
BV: It's considered a pretty big deal to turn down Ramuji.
Karan: I was sure that I would hardly have much of a role. Hence, I refused.
BV: Do you consult your dad (Rakesh Nath aka Rikku)?
Karan: Always. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the film industry. He cannot have hollow opinions. I am very excited about the home-production. He has put in tons of sweat, toil and labor into it. It's a thriller featuring Amisha Patel, Gracy Singh and myself.
