Are you a fitness freak?
You can bet your last shirt on that. Ever since the age of 16, I have been very conscious and particular about my weight. Since my sisters were getting established as models, I knew that even I would land up in the world of glamour, and you know how it is here.
So what is your fitness regime?
To begin with, I get up very early in the morning and do either kathak/yoga. Thrice a week, it's kathak, thrice a week it's yoga. Sunday is a day to get up late. In the evenings, I alternate between swimming and gyming.
At the gym, which exercises do you harp on?
I indulge in stretching exercises for some time. Then I take to weight training. But mind you, light stuff. During the exercise schedule, I make it a point to have a few sips of water in between but not lots, as lots of water between work-outs causes cramps.
Why do you alternate kathak with yoga, and gym with swim?
Simply because doing the same thing becomes boring. And you can't give 100 per cent to anything that you find boring.
