Suniel Shetty hasn't had a great innings in the last few years and has been focusing on production instead. For now, he's banking on choreographer-turned-director Ahmed Khan's debut directorial venture, 'Lakeer', a multi-starrer, to change things for him.
What is your role in 'Lakeer'?
I play a mechanic who is John Abraham's elder brother. Sunny Deol and Sohail Khan are rich brothers and my bosses.
What else do you have on hand?
Shah Rukh's 'Main Hoon Na', Mani Shankar's 'Rudraaksh', Madhur's 'Aan', and films with David Dhawan and Priyadarsan. I've just had J.P.Dutta's multi-starrer 'LoC' releasing. I've done it purely for J.P.saab and for the theme of the film. It's high time we made responsible films like 'LoC'. Despite its huge cast, every actor has his role and moments.
You forgot 'Rakth'?
It's about a girl who reads tarot cards and has an insight into the future.
