According to reliable sources, Dev Anand has sold his swanky property to a builder for over Rs. 50 crore to make way for a 12 storey residential apartment. Dev Anand will also have two entire floors in the apartment apart from the money he will get.
We only pray that he doesn’t blow up the money by making the kind of films he is making from last so many years.
