Only few weeks back, Shahid was injured on the sets of Ken Ghosh's film. Now he has injured himself again on the sets of Vishal Bharadwaj's 'Kaminay'. The film requires Shahid to play a rough and tough guy and do all kinds of dare devil stunts.
A source close to the actor revealed, "'Kaminay' is typical Vishal Bharadwaj brand of cinema. The characters are devoid of any glamour. Even the locations are rustic and hard hitting. Keeping the entire mood of the story in mind, Shahid has the look of a person who is absolutely raw, hard and tough. This is the first time that Shahid is playing this kind of character."
To put across the story's rawness, there are scenes that involve quite a lot of action. Because of that fact, Shahid has suffered many injuries while shooting for this film.
The source further adds, "First he hurt his wrist and had to be rushed to physiotherapy. In another scene that involved skidding, Shahid was badly bruised. He has just been getting one injury after another. In this film, he has gotten injured the maximum times so far, almost five to six times." |
