Sohail Khan Withdraws His Case against Eros

Sohail Khan Productions has informed IMPPA that it wants to withdraw the complaint against Eros Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. in respect of its film 'Partner' for alleged non-payment of the share of overflow and non-disclosure of business.
After careful scrutiny of all accounts and documents, Sohail Khan Productions was convinced that it was not entitled to any overflow profits from 'Partner' regarding overseas sales.
