The overseas schedule of the film was recently concluded and now the confusion for Saif has begun. Imtiaz has suggested keeping the title of the film as 'Breaking Hearts' but Chote Nawab feels that this title gives a negative vibe and doesn't want to take any chance. Saif wants some romantic and soft title for this film.
