Madhur Bhandarkar announces winner

National Award Winning Director Madhur Bhandarkar today announced Siddharth Sengupta as the next-generation director from his Direct a Movie adda on bigadda.com. Madhur Bhandarkar has created the Direct a Movie adda to reach out to the youth of today and encourage them to share their videos/scripts on BigAdda.com.

Siddharth Sengupta's video is based on an inspiration from his final year project that he and his group did as a project assignment. Siddharth has very strong views on smoking and its fatal repercussions on mankind and youth. Amongst the various topics that were given by the college, Siddharth picked this one to use as a platform to spread awareness and express their views on "Smoking & Cancer" amongst peers and society at large through BigAdda.com. The first promotional activity was conducted from September 25th to October 21st , which received 290 entries from across the country.
