Chak De! India, now labeled as a cult movie, continues to cast it web on management institutes. An event with theme – Chak De was organized by Birla Institute of Management Technology in Greater Noida. The purpose of the event was to promote team building and leadership amongst its students. Could there be any other example better than Chak De! India?
The film, which finally shows triumph of ethics and commitment of the team over all odds, was referred to as a successful management case study. With special permission from the makers, clippings of the film were shown at the event. A congratulatory message sent by the film's writer Jaideep Sahni was also played for the students during the event. |
