Sanjay Dutt, who was released on interim bail on technical grounds in August for the Mumbai bomb blast case, is likely to be jailed again in 2-3 days. Sanjay Dutt along with 33 other convicts was released due to non delivery of copy of judgment.
On Saturday, Tada judge P. D. Kode started giving out copies to the convicted prisoners. Ten of these convicts got their copies yesterday. Sanjay Dutt was present in court and has been asked to come back on Monday for his turn, which means Dutt will have to surrender once he gets the copy, which is likely on Monday or Tuesday. |
