Ghazal singer Jagjit Singh has been admitted to Bombay Hospital following low blood circulation in the brain. Known for his silky voice and songs like 'Tum itna jo muskura raheho' and 'Hosh waalon ko khabar', Jagjit Singh, accompanied by his wife, went to the hospital complaining of weakness. An immediate examination and medication prevented a stroke, confirms doctors attending to him.
Jagjit Singh, who turned 60 this year, has had an active singing career of over two decades. Singh is currently recovering in the hospital and is fine, confirm the attending doctors. |
