As big companies are getting listed in the share market, Venus has also jumped into the fray. Ganesh Jain of Venus has confirmed that his company is all set to go public and will be listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange by this year's end, with an initial public offering of Rs. 500 Crores.
The company, which was lying low in the film production sector will also be seen in action soon. The Jain brothers have signed directors like Abbas Mustan, David Dhawan, Priyadarshan and Sanjay Chel to direct a film each for them. |
