Bappa Lahiri with dad Bappi Lahiri

Bappa Lahiri, son of music director Bappi Lahiri is finally going independent as a music director and that too in a big way with Sanjay Gupta's 'Alibaug'.

His first song for the film was rendered by dad Bappi Lahiri and Sanjay Dutt. The said song will be picturised on Bappi Lahiri, who plays himself in the film in a cameo along with Sanjay Dutt.

Bappa Lahiri is known as a skilled tabla player and has taken formal training in music in the US. He has been assisting his dad now for many years.
