Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag

Call it coincidence or whatever, but two remakes will be clashing with each other for top honours on August 31^st. The films are Ram Gopal Varma's modern remake of 'Sholay', titled 'Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag' and 'Victoria No. 203' with the same title as the original, being made by Kamal Sadanah, whose father made the original.

Both films of the 70s were blockbusters at that time. It is yet to be seen how these films will fare in today's time and in their remade modes.

August 31^st will also see the release of Sangeeth Sivan's 'Ek The Power of One' and UTV's 'Goal', according to dates announced today.
